The objectives of our company
Our primary company focus is to acquire distressed residential properties and restore them to become potential rental homes. Occasionally we may decide to flip a house after we have rehabbed it.

And be sure to check out the photos of our vacation rental property: the Williamsburg Cottage. This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath lockout suite that will accommodate up to 10 guests. It is part of the Kings Creek resort with an indoor pool, hot tub, men's and women's locker rooms, saunas, and a fitness center. The home is conveniently located right next to Water Country USA and minutes away from all the other area's many attractions.
We have added a "Current Project" section, which will contain before, during and after rehab photos of our most recently obtained property.
